I was able to watch Heroes last night.  However, due to jetlag, I fell asleep 15 minutes before the end of the episode.  But I was so happy to see that there was an instant replay in the NBC site. 

Recap of the episode with screencaps (don’t know the spelling of the characters’ names so bear with me).

 Nikki gets trapped in the building that exploded while saving Monica.  She is still infected with the virus so she doesn’t have her heroic powers. 

Mr. Bennet showed up and convinced Claire not to expose the company.  He made a deal with the company not to harm Claire in exchange for his service to the company.

Hiro tries to stop Adam from getting the virus. 

Peter helps Adam and removes Hiro from Adam’s path.

Adam takes the virus

Natha finally convinced Peter to go after Adam.  They arrived just in time because Adam dropped the vial.  Peter stopped the vial from falling and he destroyed the virus. 

Hiro sentences Adam to a coffin death.

Nathan decides to expose the company by holding a press conference but he gets shot while doing so.

Hunch: Mr. Bennet was the one who shot Nathan.

Sylar shot Maya so Suresh was forced to expose the cure. 

Volume 3 is entitled Villains and Sylar is on the prowl once again.
