al dente [al-DEN-tay] (adj) an Italian phrase meaning “to the tooth,” used to describe pasta or other food that is cooked only until it offers a slight resistance when bitten into, but which is not soft or overdone.
while the typhoon Durian leaving the country that day, me and Malou together with Rhiza storming our way to Al Dente for a kewl and tasty lunch, weeeeh
