this is already a long month review as I should have posted this back January but been so much busy lately, hehehe … anyway, I bought the CameraArmor (for my D200 with the grip as well) way back December from Amazon and I got it around January through the help of Vince, Ann’s better-half … thanks bro, hehe :) … ok back to my review, packaging is neat with several instructions and it also includes the rubber visor which is quite too small for a 77mm rim so for one I cant use it with my 17-55 lens.

I put on the sleeves to my D200 and twas perfect and really like the feel on the cam-grip BUT I really donlt like the extra size it added om my MB-D200 grip …

CameraArmor for D200 with grip … and dust, hahaha

I got frustrated when I put back the MB-D200 grip as it would not fit well to make the story short, I was able to make it fit but chipping off the bottom part of the grip which really takes a lot of time and care not to chip off your cam, bwahaha … anyway, I used it on about 3 - 4 events and I really find it very cumbersome esp. changing memory and changing setting as it would require a bit effort due to the rubber resistance … also I noticed that its a bit dust magnet if you are shooting on the streets :(

in the end I took it out my cam and I might be using it again on a given very extreme environment (hhhmm, mountain climbing?, hahaha) … so finally, I would not really recommend the CameraArmor unless you really-really need the extra protection which I believe we already do already since we love our cameras mucho-mucho (which obcorz just second to our GF/wives hehehe) so we pay certain lil protection to it already ;)

on my desk with 7940 cisco phone on the back, hehe
