last time I saw Celito was during the Dinagyang festival 2007 in Iloilo … and now Celito is back again in Bacolod for the Masskara … hhhmm, as far as I could remember I already saw Celito during my collage days in the streets of Bacolod vending cigarettes and bubble-gums for the jeepney drivers.

anyway, Celito always surprise me with with his creativity and wonderful colors he’s painting himself (or others help him with it) … and he doesn’t stop to amaze me every time I see him ;)
