I visited Chin, my bestest from college, last weekend. She lives at San Jose with her husband and two adorable kids. I arrived Friday night (somewhere around 1030pm San Jose time). Let’s not mention the flight delay and the mechanical problem the airplane had during my connecting flight from San Diego to San Jose. Oops … I already mentioned it. Thanks for waiting patiently at the airport Chin.Â
Lucas (Chin’s husband) prepared a hearty welcome breakfast of pancakes, bacon, rice and eggs. I wasn’t a breakfast person but it sure did make a breakfast person out of me. Then after everyone got dressed and ready, we dropped baby Gabe off to his “lolo’s” house then off we went to San Francisco.  We visited the Pier, rode the trolley, and of course had our pics taken at the Golden Gate bridge. Too bad it was so foggy and cold.

One boring day I stumbled upon a really user-friendly morphing tool. The idea of morphing fascinated me because similarities between two subjects are highlighted. So then I began my very first project. I’ve named it, “Ikaw ba yan?! (Translation: Isdatchu?!”). Hope you find it as amusing as I did (especially since my subject was such a cutie …

I came across this rather interesting link building system. It’s called Viralink. As the name suggests its a pyramid link building scheme. Check Andy Coates for the easy concept for viral linkbuilding, I couldn’t resist.

I received this forwarded message earlier today. I hope it will wake you from the monotonous everydays of life. It’s entitled, “A thousand marbles.”
The older I get, the more I enjoy Saturday mornings. Perhaps it’s the quiet solitude that comes with being the first to rise, or maybe it’s the unbounded joy of not having to be at work Either way, the first few hours of a Saturday morning are most enjoyable.
A few weeks ago, I was shuffling toward the kitchen with a steaming cup of coffee in one hand and the morning paper in the other. What began as a typical Saturday morning turned into one of those lessons that life seems to hand you from time to time. Let me tell you about it.
For the crazy funny, crazy sad, and crazy joyous months … hey we’ve lived through it. I would repeat it all in a heartbeat but I’m looking forward to the months and years ahead … with you.  Happy monthsary! (Manila time) ![]()
I just realized we have captured a lot of our crazy faces on camera. Posting some of them …

today went for an ultrasound checkup bcoz of an abdominal pain I’ve been experiencing since Thrusday…actually last Saturday I had my urine and blood exam and all is clear…during ultrasound, its kinda weird lying there on the table to be examined like a preggy woman, hahaha…now I have an experience what it feels like that thingy stuck to your belly down to your heavenly body, huhuhu … anyway, didn’t felt in any way harassed or some sort coz I really dunno why but I felt and constantly know that Malou was there with me … kinda weird if you ask me but I felt comfort and peace all throughout the examination.
yesterday I went to Mega as I wanted to take shots of my niece game, a National badminton championship match … actually she flew from Bacolod to compete here in Manila. Anyway, the court was blocked by the DMC arts n I just clicked … I was waiting for some guards to tell me not to, but hey!!! no one even dared, hahaha … kewl! … kung ganyan naman pla na pwede mag click sa loob ng mall’s eh we could let people see the beauty inside and not causing people hysteria about bombs and wat not around our country …
Anyway, di ako nkakuha ng pic ng game nya coz her match was set 5pm pa and may trabaho pa ako, waaah…anyway, since I was already full battle gear so took several shots na lng when I was there, hehehe
Memories cannot be taken away from us. These are the most precious things we have of the ones we love and care for. I’ve realized very recently that memories fade with age. And I am quite sad for memories lost. For this reason, I treasure those that I have most dearly.
For the past four months, I have visited Friendster more frequently than I have for the past years. And I was pleasantly surprised and happy at the lives that my highschool friends now lead. (more…)
The episode of Desperate Housewives this evening was all about Passion. Passion that drives people to sleep with least likely persons, to break down boundaries, to rekindle an emotion that was long buried within. Some highlights of the episode (for those who don’t want spoilers, read no further): (more…)
What would Chicago be without Chicago Bulls? I really did not plan on watching a Chicago Bulls game but I didn’t want to be the only one left in the dark. So I went to a Bulls game (sigh… if my dad was still around he would have enjoyed this). I think Chicago played against the Nets. Hahaha! (more…)
