A few of us have observed flurries outside our office building last Thursday when the rain poured down on us preceded by the ever shocking thunder that made a few manly men shriek in astonishment. Hahahaha. Kala namin bomba eh tapos umulan ng malakas! Then when we looked outside, it was raining, but there were also flurries (a.k.a. snow). Probably, it was the styrofoam from a construction nearby.  Or … the weather is really changing in the Philippines. Tipoy claims it was just rain because he didn’t see the apparition from his office building but a lot of my officemates have seen it too. So I guess it is just a matter of perspective. You don’t see rain flying upwards like confetti when strong winds change direction. Or do you? ![]()
I went to the parlor yesterday to get my much needed haircut. It was my fault that I entrusted my hair to someone who seemed to be on training! Waaaaah…. I had my “no-care” attitude at that time. Regrets come later dearie. Wehehehe. I told him my desired hair length but lo and behold I don’t know if he even understood sign-language cause I showed him the exact point in my back that I expected my shorter hair to reach … my hair (my lost hair) was about 4 inches shorter than what I expected! What’s more is that I told him to just layer the sides of my hair, but he went overboard and layered my entire hair! Waaaaahhhh…. Di naman sya disastrous talaga kung kaharap mo ako pero kung tumalikod … eto’y tikwas! The effect of layering on me. Hehehehe. Haaaaaayyyy…. May shampoo ba na pampabilis ng haba ng hair?
This is dedicated to Elena, Jules, Leah, John, Justin, Nands and Norman. I’ve created something to remember our Florida trip by (already several months delayed). I know I’ve promised to post the pictures. Coming soon! Hahaha …. Know what? As I was creating this video, I realized I didn’t have that much pics to choose from. I think Norman has the most pictures to share. So I’m attributing the video’s lack of picture variety to Norman. Norman … post the pics!
NOTE to EVERYONE: The first few seconds of the video is really blank, just wait for the singing to start. Enjoy!!!! Comments are most welcome.
It’s good to be back to blog writing. Having made my presence felt, I promise not to space out for a long time. There’s a lot I haven’t written about. A lot of things that are better left unsaid. There’s also a lot to be thankful for. A lot to be happy for and a lot to look forward to.

after a week long staying and working with several ePLDT people, it was really an experience to know where you are now and appreciate what you have … why!? … since as soon as I went back to my office in RCBC I was ablr to appreciate the majestic view of the Manila horizon from my window which I previously ignore.
enough of the sad n mushy (hhhmm, might be the weather hahaha) … well, sobrang dami ng events that happened last week … from birthday ni Yay.Dak to Mlaou’s Year End celebration, to Flickr’s 24hr in Manila, to our daily mushings, hahaha … Yay.Dak’s birthday party was kewl since si Brian (my brother) went out with us and we’ve celebrated it with Yay.Dak’s culinary excellence and it was very tasty esp yung blue marlin marinated in oyster-sauce and fried with butter and garlic, yummy!!
so I guess I’ll be posting a lot of pix, hahaha … so for now posting Yay.Dak’s party and a pic taken during Flickr’s 24hr in Manila.
