I just recently found this video and it really touched our hearts … I can’t help but to post it so that others might learn from a 13 year-old boy, Logan who lives on a ranch in a very small town in Nebraska. Logan listens to radio station 89.3FM KSBJ which broadcasts from Houston, TX. Logan called the radio station distraught because he had to take down a calf . His words have wisdom beyond his years.

while waiting for my folks to saddle up, I just went out of our home and saw a car junk and the photographer in me tells to do something about it, so gave it a shot and it was kewl, hehehe

last night we celebrated my Dad’s birthday @ TongYang … Dad’s been our main chef at home and this time we’re all the chef for our food, hahaha … been to TongYang serveral times now but still fond of cooking your food in front of you as well as sipping a hot soup you’ve prepared … its a kewl experience and I suggest to go there with a really empty stomach, hahahaha

last Wednesday I went out with Malou’s barkada @ Conti’s Pastry Shop in Serendra … twas kewl but by partner aint around yet, waaaah … anyway, darating na sya this coming Sat, wwooohhoooo!!!

had a late breakfast that day and didn’t have any lunch so I was still a bit dizzy for whatever reason (might be migrane, waaah) … well, just had a mango royal salad and tofu steak, hhhmmm health food!!! hahaha … the tofu is nice as it was served with a crab-stick salad but I guess I’m still fond of the tofu steak being served by Obento which is for me a real winner

went home a bit late but it was a sure fun and could have been great if Malou’s around, mwuah!!!

Glorietta 2 was severely damaged from the blast last Friday.  And today, Glorietta 4 is on fire.  The blaze started at 12:10 and is now on first alarm.  The fire is under control.  It was traced to an exhaust problem at one of the restaurants.

Glorietta has suffered one disaster after another.  Hope it can recover from all of these soon.  Glorietta’s so close to home for me.  It’s almost like my backyard.  To hear all these happening to it just makes you think twice before leaving home … even home doesn’t seem safe anymore.

Would you want someone to marry you out of pity? Would you want someone to profess his love for you without meaning it?

If your special someone had that one special bestie (of the opposite gender), and he is aware of your feelings when it comes to his relationship with her, yet he still constantly seeks her out, wouldn’t you feel incensed at some point? Why would he confide in her instead of you? I think it is a little bit more acceptable when he tells you about it but when he keeps it from you and you find out about it by some trick of fate, isn’t that eyebrow raising? Tonight I finally got to watch “Pangarap na Bituin” though I only saw bits and pieces of it. It has been a long while since I’ve seen an episode. Anyway, I just wanted to write about the scene that ended today’s show. Terrence (Jericho Rosales) was telling his cousin that he might have made the wrong decision in becoming engaged to his long-time girlfriend (Heart Evangelista). He just didn’t feel right about it now that Emerald (Sarah Geronimo), his long-time bestfriend, is in the picture.

Heart (forgot her screen name in the soap) was the most accommodating and caring girlfriend … supportive of Emerald, her fiance’s bestfriend. Unknown to her, Emerald has strong feelings for her fiance and unfortunately Terrence is also developing strong feelings for his bestfriend. A pity.
I guess this is just an epitome of the all too constant situation that people find themselves in. Nothing’s perfect even in the most seemingly perfect relationship. People would always have friends, bestfriends (more…)

Lately, instead of eating lots and lots of junk food as I usually do, I find myself eating candy after candy of the chewy tamarind called Moniegold. The small jar costs around P20 something while the big jar costs around P50. It’s sweet and spicy … very much like the sweet and spicy tamarind that comes from Thailand. Small and pebble-like — that it takes a lot to stop myself from cramming all of it in my mouth. So I take it one “pebble” at a time.
