this is already a long month review as I should have posted this back January but been so much busy lately, hehehe … anyway, I bought the CameraArmor (for my D200 with the grip as well) way back December from Amazon and I got it around January through the help of Vince, Ann’s better-half … thanks bro, hehe … ok back to my review, packaging is neat with several instructions and it also includes the rubber visor which is quite too small for a 77mm rim so for one I cant use it with my 17-55 lens.

I put on the sleeves to my D200 and twas perfect and really like the feel on the cam-grip BUT I really donlt like the extra size it added om my MB-D200 grip …

last February my iPOD-mini ceased to exist as its battery is DEAD! waaah … it almost broke my heart as I really love my iPOD-mini and twas been with me since 2004 … anyway, I kept it in my drawer and been inquiring AppleCenter for replacing the battery but twas too expensive as they quoted about 3-4k for the battery and would take probably about 3weeks to fix it, yikes!!!

yesterday I bought from a friend (longbeard) a battery replacement kit for the iPOD-mini (with the tools) and was able to replace it w/o a problem though I dented the top while pulling it off which is kinda acceptable for me, hahaha … anyway, nkatago nman sya so no problem which the most important thing is that I was able to revive it again and walking my way home from the office listening to songs that would let time passes me by

btw, all pictures were taken using Sherwin’s new Nikon D40 cam which is really kewl … just see the results

before the last day of PhotoWorld Manila, I was able to buy one of my dreeeam screamin lens from a friend of an offer I couldn’t resist … and I’m glad I did made that choice, woooohhooo!!! its the Nikkor 70-200mm f/2.8G ED-IF AF-S VR

its not new btw … but its well maintained and almost looks like new, yummy!!! it has only minute dents in the metal plate but very negligible, hehehe … to make the stowi short I got the lens and if you’d ask me how sharp or how kewl it is? … bleeding cutting edge SHARP and its veeeeeeeery KEWL!!! a bit bigger and heavier though from my Nikkor 80-200mm f/2.8D ED AF lens in which I’ll be letting it go next week … if you’re interested, let me know

Last year I was planning to buy a tv-tuner so that I could watch, record, replay, and send the “Maging Sino Ka Man” (a tele-novela series by ABSCBN) to Malou when she’s in da States na … Malou and I are really hooked on this one and somtimes we argue and think deep about the series, hahaha … seryosong KBP (Kapisanan ng mga Baduy sa Pinas) … I was overjoyed when Malou handed her gift to me last 2 days ago as I didn’t expect it … to my surprise, it was a small and kewl TV-Tuner that I’ve ever seen … thanks Hon, mwuah!

one thing I really like about Flickr is that its so easy, fun, and almost secured way to post your pics and its a community as well … actually it has been a while haven’t posted anything sa Flickr ko and kung di pa ako nag post eh di ko pa malaman na may Christmas party EB yung Philippines Flickr group bwhahaha … another kewl area you might want to explore is the camera stats (duh, it might have been there for a very long while na and just happen to see it now, hehe) … well, some members doesn’t post their pics with EXIF (EXchangeable Image File) so its ain’t that accurate but some do and here’s the stat’s below (just for Nikon camera’s) as well as for the Point-and-Shoot and Cameraphones … btw, EXIF are camera informations embedded in you JPG files

I was lurking to my 5k unread mail (just 1 of the many forums I’m in, hehehe) and I was amazed that Sigma released a new lens, the 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 DC OS which is almost a similar focal range being produced by Nikon, the 18-200mm F/3.5-5.6G AF-S DX VR.
