yesterday the city government of Makati, through its Museum and Cultural Affairs Office (MCAO) celebrated the Caracol Festival 2008 which was considered as the city’s unique version of the Mardi Gras. Though it was staged at Goldcrest but Malou and I together with several friends decided to stay at the Ayala Museum to get a glimpse of the said festival and take pics..

Tipoy celebrated his birthday last Thursday, January 10. Since it was a week day, I had him for the day. Hehehe. His family would be celebrating it with him this coming weekend.
It was a semi-binge day with lunch at North Park and dinner at Chili’s. Too bad there wasn’t any cake with a candle around but perhaps the crispy noodles would do ….
HAPPY BIRTHDAY HONEY!!!
Cheers to the year that passed and a toast to the coming year!
Very filling Mushroom Jack fajita
this might be our last post … for this year, hahaha … so, from me and Malou … may we all have a BLESSED CHRISTMAS and a PROSPEROUS 2008!!! ![]()

yesterday we had a mini-reunion at MO2 in Goldenfield and it was kewl to see familiar faces and geez it was humiliating that I already forgot several names BUT grateful that I could still remember their faces, wahehehe … and guess what!? Malou went out with us and it was really kewl to the max ![]()
anyway, to all Manilenios and other batch across the miles and sea’s … here we are after several years, still kicking-butt and mga GWAPO and GWAPA GYAPON!!! hahaha ![]()

at MO2 before the karaoke singing, hehehe
last Sunday we had a kewl night of fun and enjoying the company of friends while anticipating who will win the grand-price, a brand new Bravia flat-TV wooohooo!! … sadness, I’m not that lucky to get even 1 gift, bwahahaha … but its ok since I was also surprised that night as some people noticed what I’m doin and awarded me for that which is both cool and flattering since I didn’t expected it, hahaha
anyway, I was sooo hungry that time and when they said, kainan na!!! I jumped out of my seat and started to put everything in my plate, hahaha … grabeee, I was so conscious that people began to notice my plate is sooo full kaya hayun, just smiling back and still eating doesn’t care much as I was hungry as a bear! ![]()

here’s my plate, di naman marami di ba!??? ![]()
last time I saw Celito was during the Dinagyang festival 2007 in Iloilo … and now Celito is back again in Bacolod for the Masskara … hhhmm, as far as I could remember I already saw Celito during my collage days in the streets of Bacolod vending cigarettes and bubble-gums for the jeepney drivers.
anyway, Celito always surprise me with with his creativity and wonderful colors he’s painting himself (or others help him with it) … and he doesn’t stop to amaze me every time I see him ![]()

smile Celito, smile ![]()
well, last week I trained 11 people who newly boarded a team and for this week I’m a trainee, nyahaha that’s a cycle I guess, hehehe … anyway, posting this few pics as an evidence that sometimes blurry images is not bad at all and you can still create a lot of artistry with it.
below pics were taken during that Masskara festival and I accidentally made the shutter way below what should have been called a perfect exposure .. I’m about to delete it when I thought that I still have enough storage for the whole day and what would it be like with blasting colors and trails, hehehehe … anyway, check it out and hope you like it … also posting several others pictures taken during the event

this one I’ve sot with a flash

the next following day after Malou and Ana’s birthday, its their Mom’s birthday, Tita.Dodi … and grabeee walang humpay na kainan na naman, hahaha … twas really cool since its my 1st time to be there in Bacolod and celebrate their Mom’s birthday with Malou, Ana, and Vince … kumpleto’s rekados ![]()
anyway among the other foods that was served that day, Malou and Ana bought lechon (a traditional Filipino dish which is like a skewed pork bbq but literally, its the whole thing) secretly for their Mom … my sister and I also brought pata (a local delicacy which is an ox-tail stew) that my Mom’s godson cooked, yummy ![]()

last week my company held its Halloween party for the kids and its time again to check out those cutie kids dressed up either something funny or something scary BUT others just dressed-up just as is (CORNEY!!!) creativity doesn’t really require money which I strongly believe in that … I think it’ll be kewl next year that everyone is required be dressed-up either funny, scary, or something stupid which is kewl btw, hehehe …
anyway, didn’t enjoyed much taking pics coz twas held during working hours and still busy with my work so I just had few kewl minutes taking pix and havin fun with the kiddies ![]()
