A few of us have observed flurries outside our office building last Thursday when the rain poured down on us preceded by the ever shocking thunder that made a few manly men shriek in astonishment. Hahahaha. Kala namin bomba eh tapos umulan ng malakas! Then when we looked outside, it was raining, but there were also flurries (a.k.a. snow). Probably, it was the styrofoam from a construction nearby.  Or … the weather is really changing in the Philippines. Tipoy claims it was just rain because he didn’t see the apparition from his office building but a lot of my officemates have seen it too. So I guess it is just a matter of perspective. You don’t see rain flying upwards like confetti when strong winds change direction. Or do you?

During the year-end party of CIO, KMAD won 3rd in the MTV contest. Naging “extra” rin ako sa video na toh. It started out with Norman’s request na maglalakad lang daw ako … hanggang may boxing scene na ako. Ang galing ng video cause it showcases some of the fun activities we enjoy while working in Accenture. I’ve compressed it para pwede i-stream so baka medyo di clear ang mga faces. Hehehe.

I went to the parlor yesterday to get my much needed haircut. It was my fault that I entrusted my hair to someone who seemed to be on training! Waaaaah…. I had my “no-care” attitude at that time. Regrets come later dearie. Wehehehe. I told him my desired hair length but lo and behold I don’t know if he even understood sign-language cause I showed him the exact point in my back that I expected my shorter hair to reach … my hair (my lost hair) was about 4 inches shorter than what I expected! What’s more is that I told him to just layer the sides of my hair, but he went overboard and layered my entire hair! Waaaaahhhh…. Di naman sya disastrous talaga kung kaharap mo ako pero kung tumalikod … eto’y tikwas! The effect of layering on me. Hehehehe. Haaaaaayyyy…. May shampoo ba na pampabilis ng haba ng hair?

Last Sept. 11 (911) it was Kathy’s bday (a.k.a. Dolge). We had dinner at Gerry’s Grill then had coffee / dessert at Coffee Bean. It has been a long while since we (highschool friends) got together. After hours and hours of catching up, we parted ways at around 2am. Hope we can do a repeat of this gals! Sa October may ma-bday naman! Hahaha. Galing daw mapa-Bacolod sya galing.

Last Friday, CIO had a year-end party at Makati Shangrila. The party was star-studded. Starting with Sam O. as the host, to Christian Bautista and Nina for entertainment. Syempre let’s not forget the MTV and commercial ads of each group. We’ve bagged a proud 3rd!!!! Hurray and give yourself a pat on the back Norman and the rest of the group who made it possible.

last Saturday after a fun shoot with Ciudad, Mitch and I went to Freska in Greenhills which is just located at the 2nd floor of Promenade building … and it was kewl dahil grand-opening nila on that day kaso lang sa gabi pa yung handaan which we didn’t make it since we had a prior engagement with Malou’s HS classmates, a birthday party to be exact … I’ve heard that Gretchen Baretto and Mayor Ejercito went there that night but oks lng since we had a kewl night din with Malou’s HS classmates, hehe

anyway, CONGRATULATIONS Freska and best wishes … hehehe, I guess we’ll be back there ulit this coming Sunday for another round of tasty Iloilo delicacies

last weekend we went to Intramuros with our mentor, Braulio Cabral from the US … anyway, we had so much fun and learned a lot from Carlos Celdran, our tour-guide … things you don’t get from the four corners of the classroom and things that will open your eyes how fab, interesting, and intricate people we were from the Datus to the Spanish colony up to the Japanese occupancy … and some highlights of the lies and deceit that weaved the very fabric of our history.

We really recommend this trip to anyone who wanted to know more about Intramuros and be entertained by a crazy, funny, and out-of-the-box information from Carlos Celdran … hhhmm, if weather serves us goodie we might take another tour but this is it’ll be in Binondo, Manila and our tour-guide will be Carlos himself … again, wahehehehe

been several days now that I haven’t posted anything since I was on a techi training but needless to say it bared results and I really had a kewl time during the training as there were several points I was able to ask and acquired knowledge, wahehehe …
